Dayna Thorman

Ms. Thorman has over 20 years of experience working with Taft Hartley Trust Funds. Prior to her current role, she held the position as Director of Project Management where she was responsible for managing and implementing new client transitions and acquisitions for over 150 clients. She has previously acted as Vice President, System Implementations & Client Services with extensive experience in operations management, system conversions, data analysis and mapping, business requirements development and process improvement. She is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing operations of our Member Services, Eligibility, Claims, Client Implementation and Retirement Plan Services, continuing to drive operational excellence and contribute to our company’s success.
